Founded by Christina Williamson, the chocolates are made as an expression of creativity and passion for all things healthy. Christina has a passion for creating foods that are full of flavour, look appealing and leave you feeling good after you eat it. She experimented for many months, trying different ingredients and flavour combinations until she was set on her recipe.
Her goal is for people to treat themselves and others well with high quality food that everyone can enjoy.

Cacao, which is different from the common ‘Cocoa’ most people grew up consuming is the raw, unprocessed version of the cacao bean. Normal cocoa powder also known as ‘Dutch Processed’ and chocolate on the supermarket shelves has been chemically processed and roasted where it loses its health benefits. Raw cacao has a lot of antioxidants and flavanols so you feel happy, contains the highest plant-based source of iron and is full of magnesium to keep your heart and brain healthy. Our cacao powder is from the Mesoamerican habitat and is certified organic and fairly traded.
Coconut is highly nutritious, containing vitamins C, E, B1, B3, B5 and B6 and minerals like iron, selenium and magnesium. Raw agave nectar, harvested in Mexico is used to sweeten the chocolate is a low GI alternative to sugar. It is minimally processed below 40°C and certified organic and vegan.
Our organic carob is decadent and rich in antioxidants and nutrients. Containing polyphenols, carob can help reduce cholesterol and is also high in calcium.
Activated buckwheat or 'buckinis', increases all the rich nutritional benefits of organic buckwheat by soaking or germinating the grain to boost it's digestibility, and enhance it's nutrient profile. Buckwheat, in spite of it's name containing the word 'wheat' is naturally gluten free and full of nutritional benefits. It is high in fibre, protein, vitamin B group, amino acids, antioxidants and vitamin D. It is also rich in potassium, phosphorus, iron and calcium. The protein in buckwheat is said to be one of the best sources of protein available from plants and it contains all of the essential amino acids.
